In 2017, First Citizens Bank Limited purchased a multi-use warehouse/office building with intent to create a Shared Services Campus. The development of this campus involved demolition, extensive renovations to the existing building, installation of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services, architectural finishes, furniture installations and external works. ALTURA provided services to the Contractor.
