The temporary accommodation occupied by Parliament and support services is approximately 9,300 square meters over 8 floors. ALTURA provided Services to the two Design-Build Contractors engaged on the project. For one of these Contractors, Agostini’s Limited, ALTURA led the team in the preparation of extensive tender documents for submission, and a detailed works programme which was used as a basis for the milestone payment system. Additionally, ALTURA participated in contract negotiations with the Employer, provided site supervision, and coordinated the consultants and subcontractors.
