Our team oversaw the conversion of an existing warehouse into a modern office space as Project Manager. We led this rehabilitation and renovation which included relocation of the existing warehouse and manufacturing operations, demolition and re-assembly of shelving, roof repairs, installation of a new waste treatment plant and new infrastructure work as well as outfitting of the office space.
