This Complex comprises a 16-storey tower and a 5-storey building, with a total gross enclosed floor area of 19,680 square meters plus basement. We worked to address outstanding base building defects, complete outstanding base building works, repair vandalized areas, coordinate interior architectural and MEP design and fit-out using modern furniture and fittings, and provide localized structural strengthening leading to beneficial occupancy by the Ministry of Education. ALTURA provided services to the Contractor.
