One Woodbrook Place (OWP) is the first of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean with its all-in-one living approach: providing home, shopping, exercise and recreation spaces. Our team provided project management services to OWP’s Glazing contractor, Movalite Limited, before being appointed by the Client as Project Manager for completion of Podium 4A. We oversaw an aggressive tender phase, a detailed Works programme for each Contractor’s agreement and site supervision in accordance with the Master Works Programme.
