Project Description
The RBC ‘Big Ben’ London Street project, involved Construction Management for Fit-Out works and support for contract negotiations with the Bank. As part of the Contractor’s team, ALTURA was able to improve efficiency and time management, and ensure that the works were completed within budget for this flagship facility.
