Project Description
This 6-storey, state-of-the-art, “green”, A-class office space building with 7,300 square meters of rentable space and three levels of parking, two of which are underground, is Trinidad and Tobago’s first-ever green building to have earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification. It is also the first building certified under LEED-CS v2009 (Core & Shell) in the English-speaking Caribbean. ALTURA provided services to the Main Contractor/Project Manager.
