Project Description
Angostura Limited wished to establish a South Depot / Warehouse and a flagship Solera Wine and Spirits Retail Store. The works included the re-design and renovation of a two-storey rental building in Marabella. ALTURA was engaged as the Project Management Consultant with particular emphasis on Contract Administration, Risk Management, Construction Supervision and Claims Management services. ALTURA worked successfully with the Client and Contractor to ensure that this high-end interior fit-out project was ably executed by WSP (Caribbean) Limited. Building renovation was completed in February 2021.
