Massy Stores Sunset Crest

Massy embarked on establishing state-of-the-art supermarket shopping experiences across the Caribbean, in keeping with the vision ‘The Premier Caribbean Basin Retailer – Continuously Extending Our Reach.’ Works included demolition of the West Coast Mall – adjacent to the then existing Massy Stores – along with External Works & Car Parking, and Base Building and Fit-Out construction of retail space for the Massy SuperCentre. This was completed in 11 months. As a sustainable supermarket model, solar panels and LED lighting were installed, chilled cabinets were equipped with doors, and the AC system was customized with humidity control.
